End the incarceration of patients waiting for a mental health bed

It is most important we get as many signatures as possible as mental health is a hot topic at the moment and government ministers are paying attention. It is inhumane to keep a person locked in a prison cell when they actually need mental health treatment. It has an adverse affect on the children of the incarcerated person.
