Allow Pitbulls and Pitmixes to be Adoptable and or Rescued from Animal Shelters.

Hot Springs Animal Control has a Policy that is not condoned in the state of arkansas.
They put down any pitbulls and pitmixes they find out on the streets that do not even belong to them.
Pitbulls and Pitbull mixes have as much right to live a stable and peaceful life. Just as much as any other animal on earth. And prove that they do have meaning in this world.
Also Police officers have gotten reports of 50% of the dogs being stolen from people's homes being pitbull breeds of some sort. Please help us get signatures and put a stop to this. Otherwise they will just kill dogs that don't even belong to them. We have reason to believe their is 1 dog fighting rink in Garland County of Arkansas.
