2020 was the year that it was clearly identified that our Congress and Judicial system are extremely broken. Too much power, in too few hands, for far too long.
Judges are to judge a laws' constitutionality, and the Lawmakers are to legislate laws that are within the Constitutions legal framework.
I suggest term limits to limit the extent of power that individuals in their perspective office may officiate in that capacity.
1. Supreme Court Judicial Judges - Sixteen (16) years
2. House of Representatives - Eight years (8)
3. Senators - Twelve (12) years
