Tell the National Football League Foundation to stop lethal experiments on animals!

When football funds lethal and useless experiments on innocent animals, there is something seriously wrong with the world we find ourselves in.

But that is exactly what the National Football League Foundation is doing. They claim to do it in the name of mimicking serious injuries suffered by their players, but research by PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) shows otherwise. It shows that the experiments “have never yielded an effective treatment or preventative measure”, not to forget footage of a live rat having its head robotically crushed.

PETA are not the only objectors. Sports Grid, a website for sports fan, has highlighted the number of footballers who have spoken out about animal welfare. They call the research “pointless and cruel”.
