Shelter in town Dupnitza, Bulgaria is keeping dogs away from the public support and care. They're locked in bad conditions and beaten up, killed with different tools. A dog was found with a darts narrow running on the streets, others eutanised or poisoned. Recently money were collected to safe one dog's life after beaten up in the shelter but the dog died. They said it was from wounds but after doctor's exam of the body it was confirmed that the dog was poisoned. Official document is available.
We are a group of people trying to help as much as we can with our own money but this cruelty doesn't stop. Many shelters said they were full and have no more room for more dogs, medias and local institutions, also some international organizations were contacted for help but none of them helped.
We need to find safe homes for the dogs there asap so they are not killed. Not many has left.
