Demand for the Bixby rapist to be charged!

In November 2018 a Bixby high-school student who was a football player was raped with a pool cue at the super intendant's house. No charges could be filed due to "lack of evidence". The school failed to report the incident for 2 weeks. One of the rapist during the attack yelled " the deeper you go the louder he'll scream." These young men need to spend time behind bars.
