Brierwood Bay HOA fees,and bylaws. What your paying for doesn't exist. We need to change that now!

    According to HOA bylaws, the amenities that you pay for do not even exist. This is a violation of their own bylaws. We as a community of property owners need to stand against the HOA and demand the right to rewrite these laws.
