STOP Scammers using social media NOW

In a world where technology is key for everyday lives, so is the potential for thieves, criminals and political groups to use it to scam innocent of thousand upon thousand of dollars. The scammers often find their victims on social media such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and most of the dating website out there now, including apps. such as KIK, WHATSAPP and more. They play on emotional triggers until they are comfortable enough to go in for the "kill".

Scammers typically create fake online profiles and stealing pictures from unsuspecting victims, as a means to draw their pry in. They may use a fictional name, or falsely take on the identities of real, trusted people such as military personnel or professionals working abroad or locally.

Scammers will go to great lengths to gain your interest and trust. They are extremely patient animals due to the fact that it may take months to build what may feel like the romance of a lifetime and may even pretend to book flights to visit you, but never actually come.

The solution to this would have all social media outlets verify the owner of the page that is being setup, by a way of facial recognition when logging on to the account. If the face does not match the account and all information on the file, then they can not access any personal information in that pages, such as pictures for their uses. Also, any pictures and names and information used to setup a fake account, would already be on a database that would connect such information to the owners account and report such malicious criminal activity.

We need to STOP funding these criminal and political groups for their selfishness. This is creating billions upon billions of dollars being lost to million of victims and causing distress on their financial needs, family and not to mention mental stability.

LETS END THIS NOW AND SAVE LIVES!!!
