Demand an end to on line ticket touts ripping us off

Online ticket touts are buying up multiple gig and concert tickets and putting them on to reseller sites charging fans up to 16 times the face value cost. Lets campaign for ISP's to monitor the activity on these sites and somehow put a stop to this greed.
