speed bumps

As local residents located with in a few houses located at the corner of (telegraph canyon rd) L street we would like to petition for 2 speed bumps to be installed on the main L street East and West directions just before the trafic light on many acasions accidents have acured from drivers speeding over turned vehicle at 3am and another ending in a firey crash where a woman had to be pulled from her burning car those were just the most recent thank you for your time and please lets get this taken care emediatly
