Request to change L13 Proposal

We, a group of skilled workers and non-EU and EEA citizens, who have been living and working in Denmark for less that 7 years, would like to express our deep concerns regarding the proposal (L13). It, as you are aware of, negatively affect both us and our families' mental health and also our viewpoint about future of contracts and agreements validation in Denmark.
It is obvious that each country may apply new action plans which are not necessarily in absolute alignment with the previous ones; However, it seems unfair, unprofessional and illogical if they are supposed to be applied retroactively. Most of us have worked continuously from the time we entered Denmark. We became an a-kasse and union members and paid more than one year for our membership to be able to protect our family against the destructive effects of an unexpected unemployment in an entirely new society. We think it is unfair and is definitely against the "Danish Flexicurity model".
Being respectful to all the laws and legislations passed out by the parliament, we defiently expect all the relevant organizations and institutions specially unemployment insurance companies and a-kasse to respect our rights and their commitments which have been officially promised at the time of signing unemployment insurance contract.
Obviously, no one can deny the intensity of mental and economic effects which will impact our family and our children who have already started to speak Danish instead of their mother tongue, while we continuously encourage them to learn the Danish customs and cultures and respect the Danish welfare system.
Once again, our demand from all respected parliament members, governments, and all other parties is to kindly consider our rights and adhere to commitments and promises made at the time of offering the unemployment insurance.
We regard Denmark as our home so please respect us as a part of your society.
Sincerely,
A group of high skilled foreign workers
