Justice for Dr. Strauss

We are former patients of Dr. Jon Strauss whose medical license was revoked by the Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure (KBML) in March of 2014. Based upon our close and natural relationship with Dr. Strauss…as patient and Doctor…we know him to be an extremely righteous individual and miss his concerned, compassionate and excellent medical care and treatment. Thus, when he states that it can be unequivocally proven that his license was wrongfully, illegally and unconstitutionally revoked due to the immoral, corruption and conspiracy of the officials, officers, agents, servants and/or employees of the Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure (KBML) and one or more members of the Kentucky judiciary who aided and abetted the KBML in their unconstitutional skullduggery, we believe that to be the case.

Even Judge Judith McDonald-Burkman of the Jefferson County Circuit court ruled that the KBML had in “abusing their discretion” deviated from [Justice] in revoking Dr. Strauss’ license (12-10-2015)

Therefore, we respectfully request that Dr. Strauss’ medical license be reinstated forthwith by the KBML and/or the United States Department of Justice be directed to investigate Dr. Strauss’ claim assertion that his medical license was revoked Unconstitutionally in denying him Due Process of Law.
