Charge the cops who killed a man picking up his little brother from middle school!

Only in America will police murder you while you're picking up your little brother at school for no reason. That's exactly what happened to Richard Ward, 32, in Colorado, who went for a walk while waiting in line at a middle school. He made the mistake of trying to get back in the wrong car and returned to his vehicle, driven by his mother.

Cops were called, he was dragged out of the car, he freaked out and tried to take an anti-anxiety pill. The police say there was a "struggle." They shot him three times at point-blank range, let him bleed out as children walked by, and then ARRESTED HIS MOTHER, seized property, and interrogated them.

Demand Colorado charge Ward's killers with murder!

To add insult to murder, the district attorney's office ruled that this was somehow a "justifiable use of force" because Ward was struggling and "not complying with orders." Both police involved, Charles McWhorter and Cassandra Gonzales, were not terminated or disciplined in any way and returned to work days later.

Bodycam footage reveals that the obviously nonsense story of the cops being "in danger" of any kind doesn't add up. This is an outrageous and infuriating miscarriage of justice that must be rectified.
