End Animal Abuse/Kill Shelters, NOW!

Kill shelters don't give enough time for animals to find homes.(an hour to a week) They make excuses for euthanizing the animal, like, "We don't have enough space", "We don't have enough money to take care of them", "They aren't young/cute enough to get adopted".
