He chopped the head off of his family's cat, and turned it into a garden ornament!

"An animal abuser beheaded his pet cat, then mounted the tortured animal's head on a stick and displayed it in his garden, police say.
"Joshua Daniel Pena-Cedillo, 22, was arrested on Thursday morning after his stepdad found the gruesome ornament in the garden of his home in Clearwater, Florida," reported Metro UK.
The way he killed the poor animal is unspeakable.
"Pena-Cedillo told officers two versions of how the cat was killed – first he said he strangled it, then he said he put it in a plastic bag for 30 minutes until it died.
"Then he told officers he used an ax to cut off the head, which he tried to impale on a stick. When that wouldn't work, he resorted to taping it on the stick instead.
"He also cut the head off of a stuffed animal he had had as a child and put it on a stick next to the other stick," said a spokesman for Clearwater Police Department.
And the worst part is the reason he committed all these needless, horrific acts...
"He said he wanted to show someone living with him what he was capable of"," said Clearwater police, according to Metro UK.
It is clear what Pena-Cedillo is capable of.
Sadistic torture.
Extreme animal abuse.
Murder.
And taking pleasure in all of it...
No matter what happens in his case, the day will come when he is released from prison.
And he may strike again.
Someone like this must NEVER be allowed around animals again.
