car washing on Saturdays

By signing this petition I am stating that the Saturday car washing be allowed. Some residents do not have the luxury of a husband or wife taking the cars to a outside car wash and have to work during the week and or attend to their parents and can not and does not have time to take their cars to the car wash.

Car washing will be allowed on Saturday's from 10 till 6.
