Cameras to help... not invade and hinder

People down the bottom of Whittington Moore have been getting mugged and the police have no evidence because there are no
cameras, so doing nothing about it. Cameras pointing down towards the tunnels would help try and track down the people who are doing this.. whilst also allowing people to still have their freedom. The cameras are placed in town to stop robbers from shops. But were is the security for the people were it counts?
