Stop Andy Lewis from using his house to stage Events out of his house (GGBY)

Andy Lewis is using his house to stage events out of during the month of November causing large amounts of traffic and people from all over the world to come into a residential Neighborhood. We want the City of Moab to make this a Permitted Event and take it out of Topaz Circle.
