To create a new Bank St. experience

Bank St. in Old Ottawa South is a thoroughfare that requires traffic calming, active transportation, and a more comfortable commercial experience.

We propose that the City look at a new vision of Bank St. by reducing by a lane or two and come up with an improved Bank St. experience.
