Pass a Law to Protect Animals in Harsh Weather

    Animals in states such as, Pennsylvania are required to be brought indoors if temperatures get under 32 degrees. Fines may include, $750 and 90 days in jail. Please sign this with the hopes of passing a bill in Virginia similar to that in Pennsylvania. Animals deserve to be treated with love and respect. No animal deserves to freeze to death.
