Tax Wealthy to Pay for Medicaid for Coloradans

Tens of thousands of Coloradans who desperately need healthcare will lose Medicaid if this Congress cuts vital safety net programs to pay for tax cuts for the wealthiest Americans.

This is an especially big problem in Colorado because of onerous constitutional constraints that won't allow legislators to raise revenue to pay for healthcare, food assistance, housing, and more. The economy and the tax system are rigged against those who can't pay for everything, even with a full-time job.
