Lower legal Tint limit to 5% side windows and 30% windshield

There is no reason for everyone to constantly get crucified for having window tint by the police officers who in fact have darker than legal tint on their cruisers most of the time. And if Tint is illegal, why isn’t driving with sunglasses? We get it someone has to pay the salaries, but this tint dilemma is out right ridiculous
