Republicans and Democrats Agree, We Must Stop Trump From Burying the Epstein Files!

For years, billionaire Jeffrey Epstein used his immense wealth and influence to sexually exploit and abuse children.

Not only did he "[entice] and [recruit]" girls, some as young as 14, to "engage in sex acts with him," he is also alleged to have created a network of his close friends and business associates to partake in this horrific exploitation alongside him.

In 2019, Epstein was charged with sex trafficking of minors. But he died in jail while awaiting trial, his victims never truly getting the justice they deserve.

Now, another evasion of justice may be happening right before our very eyes: Donald Trump and his Attorney General Pam Bondi are trying to bury key information from the Epstein case.

Donald Trump was once a close friend of Epstein's. And the president has been lashing out about people wanting to know what really happened and who was involved in Epstein's sex trafficking schemes, calling the entire situation a 'hoax' and a 'scam.'

These outbursts reek of distraction and guilt. We must demand full transparency into the Epstein files.

On February 21, 2025, Attorney General Pam Bondi was asked about some of the classified Epstein information in an interview with Fox News, and she claimed she possessed a list of Jeffrey Epstein's clients that she was ready to review. But by July, that list suddenly became nonexistent -- the DOJ released a statement claiming there was no list, nor evidence of any blackmailing of prominent individuals close to Epstein.

Either there is a list or there isn't, and the only way we can truly know is for these case files to be released!

You would think that charges of sex trafficking minors would be a nonpartisan issue; everyone can agree that this is one of the worst crimes imaginable, and the scale to which Epstein and his network carried it out was monstrous. Right?

And yet, Republicans have so far blocked Democratic moves to release the undisclosed information related to the Epstein case that could be the key to getting victims justice and holding anyone else who was involved accountable!

Still, key Republicans like Marjorie Taylor Greene, House Speaker Mike Johnson, and Lauren Boebert are breaking with party lines to demand more transparency into the case.

On Thursday, July 18, 2025, after growing pressure, "Trump said he had directed Bondi to release all "pertinent" transcripts on the case." But Trump and Bondi's definition of "pertinent" could very well be code for not implicating people like Trump himself and others he wants to protected.

We must demand FULL transparency, not just Trump's twisted version. Jeffrey Epstein is gone, but his legacy of exploitation, abuse, and criminal activity lives on for as long as his associates remain hidden and free.
