Tell B.C. Government to Increase Forest Fire Budget!

As of July 2014, there are 123 forest fires burning in B.C.  Due to the summer's dry conditions, there isn't hope that this will change soon. However, the Government of B.C. has already used up its forest fire budget for the year.

The government does not use averages to calculate their forest fire budget.  Additionally, the government needs to look at cost-effective prevention methods to prevent further forest fires and the additional costs and risks associated with those forest fires.  In particular, creating local programs could help communities to prepare for potential forest fires.

Tell the B.C. Government to look over its forest fire budget and make necessary changes!
