Protect All People

There is way too much violence in schools and there is way too much violence that affects minorities. Media has the potential to impact social behavior negatively and build world views that can cripple social norms. In order to create a more perfect society, all media should be reviewed by a board of psychologists at the United States Copy Right Office regarding standards before approval for mass production of media. This could include a recommendation of how artists' media might be improved if work is rejected. This could create healthier societies regarding violence, drinking, drugs, harassment, racism, and sexual relations. Young people are impressionable. Let's protect all kids and stop bullying in classrooms by giving kids healthier music. Finding a fair balance regarding freedom of speech but not permitting music detrimental to society can stop violence, stop racism, and promote a kinder world. Artists' ideas could get Copy Righted but not get a green light regarding production rights until approval by the board of psychologists would prevent bad music. Giving aspiring artists a graded paper back regarding a Copy Right rejection could inspire them to create healthier music, and would also enlighten them during the writing stage. We request Congress to fund the United States Copy Right to create boards of practicing psychologists to review material before approval of Copy Right is permitted for mass production.
