Make Georgia's Fayette County Animal Shelter Kill-Free!

  • by: Hannah Pope
  • recipient: Fayette County Board of Commissioners, Eric Maxwell, Chairman

Our county commissioners recently disregarded the voices of Fayette, Georgia county citizens and approved a county ordinance that gives the Fayette County Animal Control personnel the ability to euthanize innocent animals if our shelter fills to 75%.

Based upon the income and revenue of this county, it is unconscionable that our shelter is not a no-kill shelter.

We need to incite change and show the commissioners that we care about our animals. By signing this petition, you are helping save the lives of our furry friends. Please sign and share this petition to end euthanizing in our county.
