CITIZEN OUTCRY - NO MORE IGNORING CITIZENS

PUBLIC OUTCRY SUPPRESSION IS HORRIBLE: Trump isn't allowed to deny people's free speech by blocking them on social media because it's illegal & a violation of American constitutional rights so Mayor Adrian Perkins' administration shouldn't be able to as well. Ochsner Health Systems (LSU) blocks victims of university police torture with facebook, instagram, & twitter they hide replies of people wanting help. Telling a doctor at LSU about this receives a threat by the doctor to make you stay longer. The camera recorded a university police officer who was choking a restrained patient in seclusion & witnessed by a LSU staff member... upon seeing the doctor after the strangulation, the doctor stated the house manager denied it from happening even though a worker watched. Poor & minorities deserve human rights & shouldn't be denied legal recourse when tortured or subjected to malpractice. See google reviews. There's a petition. Search: LSU patient abuse & cover up. City of Shreveport government denies the right to petition the government for redress of grievances. Perkins administration blocks & ignores police brutality torture public outcry. Victims are threatened by Perkins' office for reporting hospital torture by former Shreveport Police Department officers working at LSU.

Ignored petition to stop patient abuse & cover up at LSU hospital. NO GRIEVANCE PROCESS. Hospitalinspections.org, shows LSU has no greivance proceedure for patients. Minorities & the poor should have human rights. Site where a fraction of ignored outcry communications are stored. [That's alot.]
