I Demand to return Dara, Amoi & Kelat Now ! and Stop Wildlife Transfers Overseas

1. Abrupt Climate Change :
- relocating elephants native to Malaysia's tropical rainforest to Osaka exposes them to drastic temperature drops during cold, winter months, summer, raising health and stress concerns.

- enclosure & welfare standards :
visitors and activists have highlighted that the Tennoji Zoo enclosure is concrete-heavy, lacks natural substrate (such as deep soil and adequate mud pools) and offers limited mental stimulation for highly intelligent animals.

Disruption of Natural Behaviour ;
Asian elephants require vast ranges and social vast ranges and rich social herds. Confining them to small urban enclosures frequently leads to physical joint issues and psychological distress (stereotypy)

Solution
- Diplomatic Welfare Mandate :
The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Susainability (NRES), together with PERHILITAN, should exercise ownership rights

-Joint Veterinary taskforce
Dispatch a speciallized Malaysian veterinary and elephant handler team to Osaka to assess health, monitor adaptation and implement environment directly.

Medium-Term Action (Repatriation)
- Formal Repatriation Negotiations : Initiate government to government discussions between Malaysia and the Osaka City Government to negotiate the termination of the transfer agreement and return the elephants.

-Relocation to National
Sanctuaries : Upon return, house the elephants at accredited natural conservation facilities such as the Kuala Gandah/Taman Negara rather than standard exhibition enclosures, ensuring proper space, climate and rehabilitation.
