Clean up dangerous & eye sore lot/yard

The lot/yard is a danger to neighborhood and is an eye sore to the neighborhood.
The overgrown trees, shrubbery and junk/trash/broken down vehicles are dangerous to people, pets and buildings. These areas invite wild life, that are dangerous to humans and pets. Parts of old vehicles are rusted, have growth inside of them, unstable and ugly!
