Stop promoting use of kangaroo meat

Dear Sir/Madam,
It may interest you to know that many many thousands of people in Australia have battled for many long years to try and stop the Australian Govt from the mass slaughter of their wildlife in particular the native kangaroos

Over 6 million roos are shot yearly to promote a sustainable meat industry?

Everytime wildlife is targeted as a commercially sustainable resource it becomes extinct 

Australia has the nerve to target Japan on its whaling whilst carrying out the largest mass slughter of wildlife in the world. 

The ailing roo meat industry has lied and lied to try and get Russia to take its contaminated roo meat on board again, to date it has not succeeded.

Recently I saw a book published by The New Covent Garden Soup Company, 365 of its favourite soups and the one that horrifed me was the Roo Meat soup.

This undoes all the hard work conservation groups and wildlife carers and animal lovers around the world are trying to achieve.

If you care about wildlife and in particular kangaroos and you want to try and stop the worlds largest slaughter of wildlife help make companies like New Covent Garden Soups stop making roo meat seem glamourous as an exotic meat source.

Help make the Gillard Govt aware that they should stop their extinction plans for kangaroos 

I do not approve of whaling but at least the Japanese declare they are going to do it, the Australian Govt keep their slaughter silent from the outside world. Its time this STOPPED
