Keep 3rd Avenue in Lock Haven open to Bellefonte Avenue

The city government of Lock Haven plans to close part of 3rd Avenue between Bellefonte Avenue and Maple Street. This closure will force all traffic to use 2nd Avenue. This closure will cause an unnecessary inconvenience to all that live and work in the area. This closure will cause commercial truck traffic to drive through residential areas of the city. This closure will greatly increase the traffic to an intersection that is already troublesome.
