عريضة دولية لدعم حقوق العمال الاحانب في قطر ودعم حقوق العمال الاكراد في تركيا

بمناسبة الاول من مايو عيد العمال العالمي، تتضامن منظمات المجتمع المدني وكل انسان مؤمن بمنظومة الدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان مع جميع العمال على وجه الارض،وتحديدا مع من يتعرضون للعنف والاضطهاد ويواجهون الصعوبات والتحديات الراهنة من أجل توفير قوت عيشهم ففي:

١/ قطر:

يتعرض عمال انشاءات كاس العالم لعام ٢٠٢٢ لصعوبات أثناء تأديتهم عملهم من نواحي متعدةة كالاجور المتدنية والسكن السي والعمل لساعات طوال تحت أشعة الشمس الحارقة وبالمقابل يحرم الكثير من هؤلاء من السفر لزيارة ذويهم والعودة إلى بلادهم الأصليه من خلال سحب جوازات سفرهم واجبارهم على إكمال هذا العمل الغير عادل ناهيك عن المخاطر التي يواجهونها أثناء تأدية عملهم من مبان شاهقة علما انهم لم يحصلوا على دورات مسبقة لتمكينهم من مزاولة هذا العمل فاوضاعهم المادية الصعبة في بلادهم الأصلية دفعتهم إلى السفر والعمل،فحتى الان توفي نحو 1200 عامل حسب تقارير حقوقية فالتقارير الحقوقية الصادمة التي أشارت إلى أن حالات الوفاة ستطال حتى إنهاء تلك المشاريع الاعمارية نحو 4000 في ظروف البيئة السكنية،فان هذه المأساة التي يتعرض. لها هؤلاء العمال تبدأ من بلدانهم حيث تستغل مكاتب العمل حلم عشرات الآلاف من العمال الفقراء في الاستفادة من فرص العمل التي تحتاجها دولة قطر لتنفيذ مشروع 2022،تلك المكاتب تفرض رسوما خيالية على هؤلاء تصل إلى 4300 دولار للفرد الواحد ما يجعل البعض منهم مضطرا على رهن بيوتهم أو الاستقرار بمعدلات الفائدة المرتفعة وما أن يصل العامل إلى دولة قطر حتى يتبدد حلمة الوردي ويتفاجا أن الراتب الذي وعد به قبل سفره ليس إلا نصف راتب ولا خيار له إلا العمل في ظل شروط لا إنسانية تضعها الشركات وأصحاب العمل.

٢/ تركيا:

في ظل الماسي التي يشهدها المدنيين في منطقة عفرين الكرديه السورية الواقعة في الشمال السوري منذ بدء عملية ما يسمى غصن الزيتون التي شنتها القوات التركية واسفرت عن سقوط مئات المدنيين من مختلف الأعمار وتدمير البنية التحتية، فمنهم من اخرج بالقوة من المدينة ومنهم من منع من العودة الى مدينته من قبل قوات الاحتلال التي استقدمت الالاف من عوائل المسلحين من مدن ريف دمشق واسكنتهم في منازلهم بغية اجراء التغيير الديمغرافي القومي في المنطقة المدان والمستنكر من قبلنا وذلك في انتهاك صارخ لالتزاماتها وواجباتها كدولة احتلال وفقاً للقوانين الدولية تعلن المنظمة العربية لحقوق الإنسان والهيئة القانونية الكوردية تضامنها مع العمال في يوم العمال العالمي،العمال الذين سبب لهم هذا الاحتلال خسائر جسدية ومادية نجمت عن القصف العشوائي على المنشآت الصناعية وعلى المستشفيات فمن هؤلاء العمال من قتل ومنهم من اضطر إلى النزوح من المنطقة ومنهم من اخرج بالقوة من المدينة ،فاوضاع هؤلاء العمال تدهورت من جميع النواحي المادية والاجتماعية والنفسية فالقصف شرد وقتل الكثير منهم ومن اسرهم،وهم الان يعيشون في أوضاع صعبة بعيدا عن مدينتهم،وعن اعمالهم،ولهذا يجب علينا جميعا منظمات حقوقية مدنية ونشطاء وكل من يؤمن بمنظومة الدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان التضامن مع  هؤلاء العمال وتسليط الضوء على قضيتهم في هذه المناسبة العالمية  والمطالبة بضرورة تعويضهم واعادتهم إلى مزاولة أعمالهم.

المطالبة من اتحاد الفيفا العالمي بسحب بطولة كاس العالم ٢٠٢٢ من قطر ومن هيئات الامم المتحدة المعنية بحقوق الإنسان وحقوق العمال بفرض عقوبات علي قطر.

تركيا:

المطالبة بتدخل هيئات الامم المتحدة المعنية بحقوق الانسان وحقوق العمال لحماية العمال والشعب الكردي من الظلم والاستغلال من قبل الاحتلال التركي.وانهاء الاحتلال وعوده اهلها لبيوتهم وتسليم المنطقه لمجلس مدني مشكل من اهلها المدنيين.

International petition to support the rights of foreign workers in Qatar and to support the rights of Kurdish workers in Turkey

On the occasion of the first of May, the World Labor Day, civil society organizations and every human being who is a believer in the system of defending human rights will stand in solidarity with all workers no matter where, specifically those who are subjected to violence and persecution and are facing difficulties and challenges in order to provide their livelihood:

1 / Qatar:
The construction workers of the World Cup 2022 are facing difficult and hard-working conditions in various areas such as low wages, bad living conditions and long working hours under the hot sun. In contrast, many of these people are prevented from travelling to visit their relatives and return to their countries of origin by withdrawing their passports and forcing them to complete and continuing working under these unfair circumstances. Not to forget to mention the risks they face while working on high buildings with less to none safety measurements, although they did not get to be trained probably in advance to enable them to carry out this kind of work. Their difficult financial situation in their home country forced them to travel and work abroad, so far about 1200 workers died as a result of the working circumstances in Qatar. Shocking human rights reports indicated that the number of dead will raise up to 4000 until the project of preparing for the World Cup ends. The tragedy of these workers starts from their home countries where the employment offices use the dream of tens of thousands of poor workers to take advantage of them by sending them to Qatar, where they hope of a better future. These workers are used then to fulfil the project of the World Cup 2022, those offices impose imaginary fees on those up to $ 4300 per person, which forces some of them to mortgage their homes or other belongings at high-interest rates. Once the worker reaches Qatar his dreams start to crash as what awaits him is different from what he was promised. The promised salary is only the half and his travel documents are taken away by officials and he has no choice but to work under the inhuman conditions put by companies and employers there.

2 / Turkey:

In light of the tragedies witnessed by civilians in the region of Afrin, the Kurdish Syrian city, in the north of Syria since the start of the so-called olive branch operation launched by Turkish forces that resulted in the deaths of hundreds of civilians of different ages and the destruction of infrastructure, Some of them were forcibly exiled from the city and some of them were prevented from returning back by the occupation forces, which brought thousands of armed families from the cities of rural Damascus and placed them in their homes in order to carry out the national demographic change in the region condemned by the Kurds. This is a flagrant violation of its obligations as an occupying Power. In accordance with international laws. The Arab Organization for Human Rights and the Kurdish Legal Authority declare their solidarity with the workers on World Labor Day.

Losses caused by this occupation let workers suffer physically and materially which resulted from the indiscriminate bombardment of industrial facilities and hospitals. These workers were killed and some of them were forced to flee to areas outside the conflict and some were forced out of the city. The situation of these workers deteriorated in all respects physically, psychologically and socially. And they are now living in difficult situations far away from their city and their workplace.

Therefore, all civil rights organizations, activists and everyone who believes in human rights have to declare solidarity with these victims. The international community must shed light on this issue on this international day, we stress the necessity of compensating them and returning them to the practice of their actions, protect them, and involve them in political decisions.

Qatar:
We demand The FIFA World Cup withdraw the 2022 World Cup from Qatar and that the United Nations human rights and workers' rights bodies impose sanctions on Qatar.

Turkey:

We demand the intervention of the United Nations bodies concerned with human rights and workers' rights to protect the workers and the Kurdish people from injustice and exploitation done by the Turkish occupation and to end the occupation. And to put an end to the occupation so people can return to their homes and hand over the area to a civilian council composed of its civilian population.
