Former attorney said I would have to accept mediation amount. Another said, I wouldn't win in a jury trial because asians came here poor and wouldn't want me to win. Also said I couldn't sue hospital because would make them mad. I found out from their law clerk they don't sue hospitals and doctors. Another firm attorney I signed with didn't tell me she was leaving the firm and she never told the other attorneys in the first place she was going to be my new attorney. It's like they got a pass to get away with this. The bar association is busy but too many attorneys are doing this. This needs action. Please keep this petition going. Thank you.
