Demand Judicial Diversion in the Federal Courts, Now!

There are no agreements for diversion in the federal courts. Prosecutors hold the power to agree to diversion. Federal Judges should also have equal power to grant diversion in non-violent and small property theft cases, after a review of the defendant's case and prior history.
