We need police/army to control chaos at fuel stations

the fuel stations and surrounding streets are chaos when fuel arrives. We are asking that Police or army be deployed at each fuel station before tankers arrive.
These police/army will ensure that
1. there is 1 orderly line coming in to the station
2. jerry cans should not dominate 1 pump while cars wait hours eg. 1 jerry can filled after 3 vehicles filled
3. order is maintained at the pumps
4. other traffic in the area is not blocked by the queues waiting for fuel.
it is announced ahead of time which stations are receiving each day so officers should be in position well before tankers arrive.
We are entitled to fair and safe service.
