A few weeks ago, Trump announced a $1.8 billion slush fund to give craploads of Justice Department money to "compensate" Trump's allies and supporters who claim they were politically targeted by the previous administration.*
Bizarrely, when asked if this could include those who attacked police officers on January 6th, acting attorney general Todd Blanche said yes, he couldn't rule anyone out, yada, yada, yada.
Again -- Justice Department money (your tax dollars) could be going to wackadoodle wingnuts with complete BS complaints.
Almost immediately, there was outrage across the nation, Todd did a 180, and annouced that DOJ would not be proceeding -- just before Trump did another 180, and they would.
They still won't rule out Jan 6th criminals getting payments, so how about we push them a step further, and see if they still won't answer:
"Will child-sex traffickers get payments?"
Let's ask them this at every single press conference, and see if it makes them uncomfortable. And let's keep asking until we get a real answer.
