The signatures below are from our customers, neighbors and other residents who support us and would like to see us stay as a retail hay and grain business in the city of Menifee. Many of our customers live in the city of Menifee but we also have customers come from all different areas of Riverside and San Diego Counties.
These signatures support and urge your full support of SoCal Hay & Grain's application for a Conditional Use Permit submitted by Ricardo Mireles and Amanda Skipper. Their business is a good fit for the city because it is in a rural area. In the land designation for rural residential in Menifee, not only is animal keeping expected but it is also encouraged. Yet there is only one existing business where residents can buy hay and grain in the city of Menifee. SoCal Hay & Grain provides a local place to buy hay and grain in bulk at a low cost. This business will provide a positive impact on the city by not only bringing in tax revenue, but also will save residents time and money so they don't have to go all the way to Murrieta or Temecula. We fully believe SoCal Hay & Grain would be a great addition to the city of Menifee and ask for your support as well.
