Stop TransCanada's Keystone XL's tar sands pipeline from being constructed through the lower 48.

Tar sands is the dirtiest oil in the industry. There have been disastrous spills from other tar sands pipelines, the worst one ocurring two years ago on the Kalamazoo River.
