Since the city ordinance was pasted regarding cats: Cats are no longer allowed to roam free our rodent population has grown.
Only the debt of not only controlling the rodent problem but the cost of the ticket if your get one! It is now classified as a misdemeanor with a $500 fine ane or 90 days in jail. FOR YOUR CAT OUTSIDE! yes, our city counsel
