There are millions of African Americans/so-called Negros who are happy herein the United States. However, there are a few hundred thousand who are not and they see themselves in general as a people without hope as long as they remain in America. Lets give these people Reparations in the form of Repatriation to the African Continent. We are asking the United States Government to work with Ghana, Cote D Ivoire and or South Africa to establish a home in their lands for the so-called Negros desiring to repatriate themselves to the African Continent. We are asking for the United States Government to implement, initiate and sustain both diplomatic and fianancial assitance with respect to the facilitation of such a place/area city or state for the so-called Negros in America. Nothing more and in fact very similiar to the aide in which the United States has given other countries or foreign interest. Reparations are long over due and it is wrong for the debtor to say what he will repay especially when the debt is truly unpayable. We the signers of this petition agree that the United States Government should do all in it's power to grant and ensure nothing more and in fact aid very similiar to that which has been given to the Jewish peoples of the state of Israel likewise it should be given to the so-called Negros or African Americans the children of the slaves on the land now known as the United States of America.
