Demand a Stop to Racism in School

On Friday November 30th at a Virgina intermediate school, a Muslim male was falsely accused of harassment and was sentenced to three days of suspension. While talking to another student, a female student said, "There are too many Hispanic and Muslim students at this school. They need to leave." This wasn't the first time she said had made a claim like this. When a Muslim male student heard about what she said, he confronted the girl peacefully and asked her why she had a problem with him. He said that at this school they didn't condone racism and bigotry. She reported him to the dean, claiming he had harassed her and had touched her. The male student, who didn't do any of what she claimed he did, was punished with three days of suspension.
