Stop Using Our Money For Your Image!

I'm sorry this has to even be explained!
But someone has to do it!
I want the Mayor and City Council To Stop Putting Money Into Any Other Projects like "Stealing our history taking away the Duck Pond!
They should instead use all Extra and Available Funds to not only locate the owners of the houses and commercial buildings both abandoned and/ or on the demo list, but to buy the properties and I, Wayne Hubbard, will network them being remodeled for free by licensed professionals and you provide the materials and tools!
We will put together scopes for what everything costs! This includes labor costs and materials!
We will reimburse you the money you paid to purchase the property!
And the overages from what you would have paid in labor we will utilize towards the programs we run that actually help this city!
Fences, house repairs, garage and car repairs!
Help the unfortunate who need those funds...
With the houses we receive and restore from the demo list we will empower the homeless by giving them homes free and clear after they move in and pay the bills for 6months proving they are capable of holding themselves accountable!
At anytime they are caught using drugs the will be removed from the home and eligible to reapply on the waiting list!
This will give us a filtering system so that we can keep housing the homeless that would be proud owners, and happily productive to society!
We will train them how to budget, how to keep track of finances, trades, and get them working!
Those that are receiving unemployment But physically able to work will be put through our programs and will not be granted housing until they are working!
We will not be just giving them away!
But we will not let them go to waste for more of your new projects to take place....
