law attorneys missed used domestic violence restraining orders to help their clients to gain full custody with no prove to show and family court judges never contact child welfare if child welfare is involved they believe in family law attorneys that lie about everything and don't show documents to prove and the family judges should pick up the phone and talk to the child case worker before granted abusive person full custody of the children or a emergency protected order.
This behavior is not the best interest in the children or child. A judge and all family court attorney's should be mandatory to volunteer at a domestic violence shelters and see the danger victims of domestic violence are face with every day of life and it should be not about money or who has what its about prove and facts abusive people lie and cheat and steal and judges and attorney's should be hold accountable for misused their power. Abusive people would do anything to not have to pay child support and play victim and used to the children to hurt the real victims of domestic violence. Judges and attorneys need to be called out exspelly when they granted the abuser full custody of the children if it was the best interest in the children the court make both parents take a parenting class together and coparenting classes with a montor from the court will be involved watching both parents and 50/50 child custody and if the victim doesn't have resources to get on their feet the court will work with a shelters to help them get on their feet. Its wrong to give abusive people full custody.
