Please sign this petition to pass Esther's Law  Ohio Senate Bill 58 submitted by Steve Piskor and named after his mother Esther Piskor who was brutally abused in four different nursing homes. This law will give residents and or their family the right to have a camera in their nusing home rooms.

It gives full privacy rights to those who don't want it, and also gives the right to those who do want a camera. The nursing home can not refuse or retaliate for the camera and the only one who will view the video is the person who has authority to place the camera in the room. Not even the nursing home will have the right to see the video, they must ask to see the video. Nursing Home abuse is at epidemic crisis levels and we keep seeing more case of elder abuse. The person or persons who have authority will be able to view the video at anytime from anywhere. Esther's Law has bipartisan support and are companion bills. You can see the full details at :

This petition is getting media attention, I will post the story as soon as it airs. Please help to get this signed. This fight to stop the abuse of the elderly is now nationwide and people from all States must sign and we will let legislator know we no longer will put up with the abuse of the elderly. There are many elections happening this year and not one legislator has nursing home abuse of the elderly in nursing homes on their agenda.
