Bring an HMO Back as a Health Plan Benefit to the City of Warren Employees!

Fellow Employees,

Though many of you have expressed disappointment with a PPO health plan being the only health plan offered to us City of Warren employees through our last Collective Bargaining Agreement, which ends on June 30, 2016, the Administration feels that there are not enough City of Warren employees who want an HMO health plan option for them to offer it. Sign below to express your request for an HMO health plan to be added as one of the options -- along with a PPO -- to our union's Collective Bargaining Agreement which will be effective as of July 1, 2016.

Many of us cannot easily afford the expense of the Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO's coinsurance and deductible and have been very negatively affected for these last 3 years.  Don't hesitate to either sign this petition or the "hard copy" that you can sign in person! This is your chance to make things better for yourself and others...it is your chance to be heard!
