I received a bill a full month later for cosmetic damages I didn't make, and now they are threatening collections and inability to rent from them ever again (and two other companies).

Dear Enterprise,

Please stop extorting me and others for repair charges that were erroneous, frivoulous, or cosmetic. Please review your files, and unless the damage was substantial, visible, and documented, please apologize and cease collections. If you do that, I will consider doing business with you in the future.
