Punish the people who are responsible for nearly killing an innocent dog named Lucky.

A dog, who is now named Lucky by his caretakers, was horribly beaten, and still in a coma, by 2 security guards, from the order of a resident in an upscale neighborhood in Mumbai, India. I am very upset and concerned about the high level of animal abuse in this country. There are laws against animal abuse, but they are rarely upheld. The attitude of people towards the street dogs is very bad and dogs are constantly being abused. The punishment for animal cruelty needs to be upheld and harsher penalties are desperately needed.
