Positive Energy Affecting Recovering Lives - Transitional Living Home in Rogers, Arkansas

It was so disappointing when the Rogers City Planning Commission denied our application for a Conditional Use Permit to open a transitional living home for women in the Benton County Drug Court Program.

Despite of this setback, we have a plan of action!  We will make an appeal -- and our appeal is based on the American with Disabilities Act and the Fair Housing Act. The clients we serve are a protected class and State and City governments are in violation if they restrict housing to a protected class through permits.

We can't do this alone!  We need your help!

P.E.A.R.L. is asking for community support from ANYONE that has been touched by addiction and has a passion for our mission. If you believe in our mission, please sign this petition.
