Demand a end to dangress dogs in our neibourhood

These dogs are killing our pets they have killed dogs cats they have tried to bite people
My concern is do we continue to let these dogs kill our pets?
And when will they attack a innocent child or worse kill the child
I would like something done to protect people our children and our pets.
