Stop removal of dogs vocal cords

Many dogs vocal cords are removed so they stop barking and that is wrong. Removing their vocal cords is like taking away a person's voice. The dogs barking is how they communicate. I am concerned because dogs need to be able to bark to tell people if something is wrong or if someone is in trouble. I want the removal of dogs vocal cords outlawed in every state. Make it a federal offensive. We will win if we all work together and make our government see how wrong this is.
